Rosemary Shrimp Skewers

What You Need:

  • 3 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 3 TBSP Lemon Juice
  • 3 Smashed Garlic
  • 2 TSP Rosemary
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • ⅓ TSP Pepper

Step-by-Step Directions

  • Combine the following ingredients into a small mixing bowl: Olive Oil- Lemon Juice- Smashed Garlic Cloves- Rosemary- Salt- Black Pepper.
  • Lightly mix the ingredients and then add shrimp. Toss the shrimp in the marinade making sure the entire batch is completely covered.  
  • Thread shrimps on to skewer. Add vegetables for added flavor and nutrition.
  • Heat grill to medium heat and use cooking spray to cover your cooking area.
  • Cook shrimps for around 3 minutes per side for a crisp. 2 for normal temperature.

Maple Pork Tenderloin

What You Need:

  • ¾ Cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ Cup Cider Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP Mustard
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 TSP Chipotle Sauce
  • 2 Pork Tenderloins
  • 1 TBSP Canola Oil
  • ½ TSP Salt
  • ¼ TSP Black Pepper

Step-by-Step Directions

  • In Ziploc bag, combine the following ingredients: Maple Syrup- Vinegar- Mustard- Garlic- Chipotle. Shake Well.
  • Add Pork and make sure the marinade completely covers the meat.
  • Remove pork and dab it with paper towel until it feels damp, but no visible marinade. Visible marinade will burn.
  • Heat grill to low heat and cook for about 20 minutes on one side and 10 on the other.

California Turkey Burgers

What You Need:

  • 2 TSP Olive Oil
  • ½ Cup Minced Scallions
  • ¾ TSP Salt
  • 3 TBSP Low Fat Sour Cream
  • 4 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1.5 LBS Lean Ground Turkey
  • 3 OZ Blue Cheese
  • 6 Whole Wheat Burger Buns
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Red Onion

Step-by-Step Directions

  • Saute Scallions until they soften. Add them to a bowl with the rest of your ingredients.
  • Slowly add turkey until it moistens and form them into patties on a cutting board.
  • Heat grill to medium heat and cook burgers for 5 minutes a side.
  • Add toppings
  • Enjoy!
